Failure to comply with these terms may result in consequences, including but not limited to a permanent ban, holding of funds, and further actions as deemed necessary by Social Spot administrators.
Listing Rules:
- Scam Prohibition: Scamming or attempting to list an account you do not own is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to deceive users will result in immediate consequences.
- False Disputes: Starting a dispute for illegitimate reasons will result in an immediate ban. Social Spot monitors all transactions and messages so this doesn’t happen.
- Sellers may not attempt to have users contact them off the platform*
Brand Request Rules:
- No Commission/Affiliate Deals: Requests must have a budget and description of your brand and its needs. Commission based partnerships cannot be protected under our escrow, and are therefore prohibited.

Transaction Rules:
- Exclusivity: All transactions must be conducted exclusively through Social Spot. Attempting transactions outside the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Honesty: If you do not fulfill an order (with sufficient evidence) you may have to refund your buyer entirely.
Punishments for Rule Violations:
- Permanent Ban: Violation of any listing or transaction rules may result in a permanent ban from Social Spot.
- Holding of Funds: In cases of rule violations, Social Spot reserves the right to hold funds associated with the transaction until the issue is resolved.
- Further Actions: Social Spot administrators may take further actions deemed necessary to maintain the integrity and security of the platform.
Escrow Process:
- Buyer purchases order directly from seller.
- Buyer and seller may message each other for the necessary details in order to complete the order (eg. content, images, requirements).
- Seller (creator/influencer) fulfills the order.
- Buyer marks order as “Complete” (seller receives the order price minus commission of 1% & $2 in their balance) or seller marks “dispute” and moderators handle the escrow.
- False disputes or lying about fulfilling an order will result in a ban.
- Sellers may be asked to provide screen recordings of their past posts and analytics.
